Licensed Clinical Social Worker #63406 • Austin, TX & Telehealth Throughout Texas

I've always believed that understanding where we came from is essential to understanding who we are today. Your past is the key to your current struggles — and it's also the key to your healing.
I became a Licensed Master Social Worker in 2016 and earned my Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in 2020 (License #63406). Over nearly a decade of practice, I've supported adults, teens, and couples through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we look at the whole picture — not just what you're feeling now, but where it started. I use a bottom-up approach integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based techniques, and attachment theory.
I offer sessions at two Austin locations and via telehealth throughout Texas, plus a free 15-minute phone consultation.
